Project Manager
Location: Remote (HQ is in Boulder, Colorado)

The Project Manager (PM) position provides project management support to the Visionlink Director of Planning and Design. The PM documents project specifications and manages custom projects as well as new customer launches. This position maintains existing processes, develops new processes to support internal coordination and external communication with customers, and develops and documents project plans and project milestones. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Planning and Design, who leads the company’s project management team.

Solution Engineer
Note: This is not a software development position.
Location: Remote (HQ is in Boulder, Colorado)

Supervisory duties: None
As a member of our team, you’ll work directly with our clients as part of our Solutions Engineer team. You will build data capture and management solutions, work on data migrations and conversions, build reports and analytics, and create website pages using HTML4. You will work with customers to resolve issues, assist in training and documentation, and help customers realize the maximum value from their investment in Visionlink solutions. And, of course, other duties as assigned because our work varies every day depending on customer requests, which makes for an always engaging workplace.

WITHINREACH OPENINGS
Senior Manager for Data Systems and Evaluation
Location: Remote - This is a remote position, but employees must live and work in WA state.

Supervisory duties: Vendors and staff
The Senior Manager of Data Systems and Evaluation is responsible for leading the ongoing development of WithinReach’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, Visionlink Community Operating System™, which houses client data and a directory of community resource providers.
The Data Systems and Evaluation team maintains the technical and analytic infrastructure for a growing number of direct service programs housed at WithinReach, as well as the rapidly expanding Help Me Grow Washington network. This role is responsible for the technical implementation of multiple concurrent projects, which includes the supervision of vendors and staff, as well as providing direct technical support to projects as needed.
